       Once upon a time ( years ago) Alan and I were standing in line at our local  dept/convenience/grocery store. (The one with a W in its name) We were hot,  & tired.  The place was  warm to say the least, we just reached 45 minutes of standing in line.  (more than it took for us to make find our Purchases).  (They tend to only open a few lines during prime shopping time)  Frustrated, we were finally checking out.  The cashier didn’t even crack a smile, as she whipped our things past the scanner.  When it came to produce, she accidentally rang my broccoli up incorrectly.  I corrected her on this, and with a  huff, and attitude.. She fixed the mistake.

         In the car, We began talking about the lack of “customer service” you are seeing more and more often just about everywhere you go.  We talked on the “good ole days” when cashiers smiled, prices were reasonable, and if there was a problem, people would bend backwards to fix it for you.   Then we began talking how we would love to bring this back to the average customer.. To show people what “real” customer service and Quality is.   (The idea was born)

         We are just the average people; we have 7 children between us.   (Youngest being a teen)  Alan a computer tech. Me not working. With a week to week budget.  How could we possibly open a store?     We had a dream though.  One that wouldn’t die.    One day I received a small settlement from a car accident I was in. …then…….it was like it fell out of the sky and hit us on the head!   An Online store!  One made with Care and Quality!  But what do we sell?  Everyone is selling something out there and competition is rough as we read on about opening our own online store.  After days of contemplating and study.  We could NOT make up our minds…So instead we decided..  Why not like the “W” store? … Only WITH excellent pricing, Great customer care,  and bending backwards for the people!  And such… General Merchandise was it! Our Mission was…To bring people a High Quality Great place to shop!   It took almost a year... Of us... (Not a hired gun) designing and learning to make our website... “Just right!” Uploading each product individually, researching pricing and most of all making sure what we sell is of HIGH quality (how many times have you paid good money for something.. Brought it home....just for it to break or have the quality of something out of a gum ball machine!)  

         We have since grown into a company with over 1500 products.  Adding more each week.  We have had to open an office and hire others to help with the overwhelming success of our business.  YET……..I personally continue to read and answer each and every email, problem etc.  I refuse to allow anyone to chance the customer service we provide.  Also we expanded into 3 more online “specialty” stores.  www.Snoozybedding.com  (yes  ...Suzy = Snoozy...Catchy huh?)  www.AirsoftFIRE.com (for our Avid Airsoft Clients) and www.4everLEATHER.com  Which is opening any day now.for the Lowest prices on high quality leather products.

          Note - we are not rich or well to do by any means over this business.  Alan still works as a computer tech.  We live in the same home.  We drive a Toyota tercel!   But the feeling of satisfaction of providing High quality, reasonable pricing and Superb customer service. Is all the riches in the world to us!

 I owe a HUGE Thank you to all our Wonderful customers!   Without you . We would all be still buying low quality merchandise & paying ridiculous prices.
